The PUDU CC1 is a professional floor cleaning robot that combines vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing in one system. With AI-powered navigation, high area coverage, and a fully automatic workstation, it reliably, reproducibly, and cost-effectively handles recurring cleaning tasks in hotels, retail, facility management, industry, or public facilities. This allows you to reduce manual effort, increase quality, and ensure predictable processes in daily operations.
Why the CC1 delivers better cleaning
In everyday life, consistent results matter more than "show effects": clean aisles, dry paths, and documented performance. The PUDU CC1 brings exactly that together. VSLAM+ and LiDAR navigation map even complex environments without the need for QR codes or markers. Omni-Sense safety detects people, carts, and dynamic obstacles in real time, bypassing them in a controlled manner. Spot-cleaning logic handles dirt with pinpoint accuracy, while heatmaps display covered areas and remaining zones. Result: visibly better surface quality with predictable runtimes.
Performance & Productivity
The CC1 combines cleaning performance of up to 1,500–3,000 m²/h with intelligent resource management. Thanks to demand-based water flow, automatically adjusted contact pressure, and optimized travel paths, the robot works efficiently without unnecessary overlaps. The range per deployment is further extended by the workstation, which autonomously handles refilling, emptying, and charging; the robot returns independently and continues its scheduled cycles. This ensures long time windows of autonomous operation and high net area coverage per shift.
Technology & Navigation (VSLAM+ & LiDAR)
The combination of VSLAM+ (visual simultaneous localization and mapping) and LiDAR sensors provides robust perception in large areas and winding spaces. The CC1 builds precise 3D maps, continuously localizes itself, and adapts routes to live situations. You define zones, restricted areas, priorities, and timings centrally; the robot adheres to these and documents the execution. QR-free navigation reduces setup effort and makes layout changes (renovations, seasonal product displays) significantly easier.
Adaptive Cleaning: Detecting Floors & Dirt
Not every floor covering and not every type of dirt requires the same treatment. The CC1 uses floor and dirt detection to automatically switch modes: a dry sweeping round for dusty areas, a wet/scrubbing cycle for stubborn dirt, and pure vacuuming on carpet-like zones. Spot-cleaning reacts directly to freshly detected stains (e.g., coffee, water, sauce) and optimizes the route. This reduces detergent and water consumption, prevents double passes, and creates a uniform finish even during operating hours.
Quality Made Visible: Heatmaps & Reports
After each deployment, the CC1 generates heatmaps and performance reports. You can see covered areas, cleaning density, spot-cleaning runs, and missed areas. For facility teams, this means: transparent evidence, simple quality assurance, and quick optimization of time windows and routes. Schedules, zones, and task packages can be adjusted via app/web, even for weekend or night shifts.
The workstation makes the CC1 truly autonomous in day-to-day operations:
The robot refills fresh water, pumps out wastewater, and charges itself. Typical tank sizes are 15L for fresh water and 15L for wastewater (depending on the model); the station shortens service times to just a few minutes and prevents interruptions. For high-throughput areas, you can stack time windows; the CC1 works cycle after cycle without manual intervention. Upon request, we can integrate replacement brushes/pads into the maintenance routine so that surface quality remains constant.
Safety & Compliance
The CC1 is built for busy environments. All-around sensors detect people, pallets, shopping carts, roll containers, or door areas, reducing speed and maintaining distance. Status LEDs and acoustic signals communicate current actions. Mechanical protective components safeguard edges and sensors. Operation is quiet and suitable for off-peak hours. The documentation supports internal audits (e.g., in retail or public buildings).
Data & Integration, optionally with Terra Cloud (DE)
By default, deployments can be planned and analyzed via app/cloud. If data sovereignty in Germany is a factor, we can examine a Terra Cloud connection depending on the project: hosting in DE, clear access roles, and audit-proof reports compliant with your requirements. This allows you to retain control over operating data without sacrificing convenience or transparency.
Efficiency & Operation
With the CC1, cleaning becomes calculable: fixed time windows, consistent quality, and fewer ad-hoc deployments. Relieving staff shifts capacity to monitoring and service-oriented tasks. At the same time, consumption (water/chemicals) decreases due to demand-based dosing and optimized routes. Overall, this creates a clear ROI, especially in areas with regular cycles and long walking distances. Upon request, we can support you with pilot deployments, KPI setup, and ROI calculation.
Scope of Delivery, Accessories & Service
We deliver the CC1 ready for use, including basic equipment, training, and, depending on the project, installation of the workstation. Wear parts (brushes, pads, squeegees, filters) and spare components are available at short notice. Our DE service provides support with parameterization, firmware updates, and maintenance, optionally with a replacement device. For large areas, we offer accessory bundles and maintenance kits for predictable servicing.
